"This RDF Graph contains information that can be used to characterise the state of an entity, where an entity can be a user's device or the user themselves. Although this abstract class is not intended for direct use, there are two main distinguishible subclasses. dcon:LiveContext represents uninterpreted states for a user's (multiple) devices, whereas dcon:Situation represents interpreted user states.
